Project Description

Linden is a member of Celine Pallud's lab whose research explores fundamental biogeophysical properties of soil that are directly relevant to carbon stabilization. Soil carbon is the great unknown in terrestrial carbon cycling, yet we know it is a huge pool of carbon. A better understanding of soil carbon storage is a central question in the State's greenhouse gas emission reduction efforts. Linden has extensive experience working in resource management.
